Military Interventionism

Recently many have called for a no fly zone in Libya including Jim McDermott.  It is noteworthy that both Reason magazine and the Cato Institute have opposed this form of military intervention.  Hence it seems that libertarians have come out as early opponents of this war.

Democracy Now's coverage gave a Libyan opposition leader supporting a no fly zone followed by Richard Falk, professor emeritus of international law at Princeton University, questioning the wisdom and legality of such an action.  On balance I would call that negative coverage for the plan, since they gave opposition to the plan the last word.
